Our first ever Mexican Shorts Program provides an
interesting overview of trends in Mexican filmmaking, but
also the breadth of the social strata in Mexico. Mostly
concentrating on the youth in Mexico, this package gives
a unique discovery of some fresh voices coming out of
our neighbor to the South.

As in the golden years of Mexican film, a charro tries to conquer
a girl by taking her flowers. When he discovers his sidekick has
been growing marijuana, he comes up with a scheme that could
land him the girl.
Huevos Rene (10 min)
Rodolfo and his friends amuse themselves by roaming the city
and throwing eggs. One day they plan an outing to a brothel,
