Oak Street Cinema is available for limited rentals during
off hours, including weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings,
and is occasionally available for rental during weekend
afternoons or weekday evenings. Since the Oak Street runs
on a quarterly calendar, there are a limited number of rental
slots available. We recommend booking reservations up to
three months in advance. Rental rates vary according to
time of day, day of the week, length of program, technical
needs, and the nature of the program. MFA gives special
rates to local filmmakers and nonprofit organizations, so
if you fall under one of those categories, please be sure
to say so.

Format capability: 35mm, 16mm, Beta SP, DVD, VHS
Concessions are sold at every show. MFA keeps all revenue
from concessions.
MFA handles all ticket sales for rentals. Parties who rent
the space determine their own admission price. MFA deposits
the ticket grosses and will cut the renting party a check
on the following business day. Payment and film prints/tapes
are due at the MFA Office one week prior to the show.
